Bigg Boss 5 Tamil Day 75 begins with a song from Varun’s upcoming film- Joshua.
We then see Ameer flirt with Pavni. He says that he is in love with her. She begins to laugh and is a bit shy too. Ameer says what had happened to Priyanka and she is eager to know what Pavni had said. Pavni, on the other hand, laughs hard and says no. Ameer continues to flirt with her.
Bigg Boss announces that Ciby, Niroop and Thamarai are saved from nomination for this week. The final task is announced.
Contestants must pair themselves with another contestant. Raju-Sanjeev, Priyanka-Abhinay, Pavni-Ameer,
Both contestants are made to sit inside two separate booths. They have photos of themselves and their pair. Both contestants must show a photograph. They must pick the same one (either their picture or their pair’s).
Priyanka-Abhinay- Both show their own picture, says they are here to play the game.
Pavni-Ameer- Both show Ameer’s picture.
Raju-Sanjeev- Both show Sanjeev’s picture.
In the end, Sanjeev and Ameer are saved from this week’s nomination.
Sanjeev realizes that Raju-Sanjeev has given the same reason. Sanjeev had earlier told Raju that he wants to stay in this house until his daughter comes inside the house for a visit. Raju had said that reason for showing Sanjeev’s picture. Sanjeev also had told the same reason. He gets emotional and hugs Raju, cries as well.
Niroop asks Priyanka why she didn’t show Abhinay’s picture as she would be saved by the audience anyway. Priyanka gets annoyed by that and asks him to stop saying that.
Ameer then talks to Pavni, asks for a reason. Later, Pavni asks how he was sure that she would show Ameer’s picture. Ameer says that he knows her and it’s literally her personality. She would have shown her pair’s picture even if it was Abhinay/Priyanka.
We then see the Preeti duo cooking task. Contestants are separated into two groups- the Red team and Blue team and they must cook as many dishes as possible in 40 minutes using the Preeti duo stove. Raju, Sanjeev and Varun will be the judge for the round.
Ciby makes fun of Varun by talking like him and everyone laughs out loud.
Team Blue- Ciby, Thamarai, Abhinay and Akshara win the round. Everyone gets a stove free and Thamarai is elated as she doesn’t own a stove.
Team Red, who couldn’t finish their dishes in time, continues to cook. Pavni is said that she couldn’t do it. Everyone else consoles her and assures her that she is a good chef.
Akshara and Niroop talk about Priyanka and how she had shouted at Akshara for not talking in Tamil during the previous task round. She says that Priyanka doesn’t even follow the same.
Akshara talks about Raju and how much she likes him as Varun and Abhinay listen to her.
