Day 29 of Bigg Boss 5 Tamil begins with Bigg Boss announcement, it is the week of Land, thus, Niroop will rule the whole bedroom.
Bigg Boss gives certain rules for the week.
- Niroop will rule the whole bedroom. He can make anyone do whatever he wants.
- The contestants cannot enter the bedroom without his permission.
- They cannot move in with his permission and only if coin is placed
- He must pick an assistant for him and it should be a girl.
- The girl must assist him in all things. Other contestants cannot talk to him directly and must talk through his assistant.
- In the night, he must pick five contestants based on how they work in the day. He also must pick two contestants to serve him bed breakfast the next day.
- Everyone must go to sleep once the light turns off.
He picks Akshara for the same. The latter says she doesn’t want to do. Bigg Boss leaves the decision to Niroop and he stresses her to do it.
Niroop and Akshara try to solve their differences. Niroop had gave the word Fake for her and Akshara told that she had forgiven him a lot of times. They sort that issue.
Akshara says that he is spontaneous and doesn’t care about the words he uses as it had hurt her many times. She narrates a couple of incidents.
While this is happening, Imman Annachi moves to the bedroom to take his clothes. Other contestants complains about it to Niroop and Akshara.
Later, they debate regarding the same. Imman Annachi says that he went in because he knew Niroop would not punish him badly. Priyanka questions that and says contestants were right when they called Imman Annachi as partial. Ciby and Varun talks in support of Priyanka.
Bigg Boss gives captaincy task for Ciby and Raju. They are asked to play football penalty shootout with big Gym ball. Both contestants will have to try, get past the other player to score goals. Whoever has the most goals will be the captain for the week. Ciby wins the task. Varun uses the coin to become the leader for the week.
Bigg Boss ask Varun to clean the restroom for the week until Bigg Boss asks him to stop.
Suruthi says that it is a good chance for him to show everyone who he is.
Niroop makes Madhumitha to act like monkey.
Nippon Paints gift contestants cup cake for staying safe in the house.
Bigg Boss asks contestants one by one to get to garden area and pick two contestants. These two contestants cannot be nominated for the week. They cannot pick themselves or Varun, they shouldnt talk about it to others as well.
Priyanka- Madhumitha and Isaivani.
She believes they did their work well as leaders but many might think otherwise.
Abhinay- Raju and Priyanka
They do their work well and are jovial in the house.
Madhumitha- Priyanka and Pavni
They are playing the game well.
Niroop- Imman Annachi and Priyanka
He thinks that they both do things instantly and doesn’t think much. Imman’s word might hurt others but he doesn’t have anything in mind. Since Priyanka might get some nomination this week, thus, he wants to save her.
Suruthi- Thamarai and Isaivani
She thinks that this platform is important for them both.
Akshara- Thamarai and Iyakki
She hated the way the coin was taken from Thamarai. She thinks that many would nominate Iyakki as well.
Thamarai- Raju and Iyakki
Since Raju has been kind to her right from start. Iyakki is always active and she loves that.
Imman- Raju and Niroop
He bonds well with them both.
Ciby- Madhumitha and Imman Annachi
Imman is making everyone laugh.
Iyakki- Thamarai and Imman Annachi
This is an important platform for Thamarai, Imman is more of backbone here.
Pavni- Abhinay and Suruthi
Abhinay is kind to her and this platform is important for Suruthi.
Isai- Thamarai and Suruthi
She thinks they both had struggled a lot in life and wishes this platform could help them solve their issues and come up in life.
Raju- Imman Annachi and Niroop
Since he likes them both and bonds well with Imman Annachi.
Varun- Thamarai and Akshara
Since Thamarai deserves more to be in the house. Akshara, because, many nominates her for every week.

Niroop and Akshara picks five contestants who must sleep outside
Imman, Abhinay, Pavni, Isai, Madhumitha.
Pavni and Suruthi must serve him bed breakfast tomorrow morning.
Varun and Akshara talks about stealing coin once again. They plan to do it by night while everyone is sleeping. Akshara searches for everyone’s coin. Since Pavni and Suruthi are sleeping outside, she goes into the bedroom and look for coins.
