Delhi Capitals has announced the replacement for Chris Woakes for the upcoming second phase of the Indian Premier League 2021.
Woakes has pulled out due to personal reasons, according to the statement released by Delhi Capitals.
He will be replaced by Australia’s Ben Dwarshuis. The Sydney Sixers star is the 6th highest wicket-taker of Big Bash League.
Dwarshuis has 100 wickets in 82 T20 matches so far.
He will be joining Delhi Capitals’ bio bubble very soon.
