Jason Collins, who has worked on Captain Marvel, was roped in as the prosthetic artist for the film and has designed her first look.
For the movie, the actress learnt Bharatanatyam. The biopic showcasing the life of the late actor-turned-politician will release on June 26, 2020.
Directed by AL Vijay, the movie has the music of GV Prakash.
