Asian Championships: Ravi Dahiya wins gold in wrestling

Ravi Dahiya who impressed us all in 2019 World Championships, went on to win the Gold at the Asian Wrestling Championships.

In a strong show by home wrestlers, four of them reached the finals but only Ravi Dahiya finished on top.

World Number two Bajrang Punia had relatively easy tournament until he faced Takuto Otoguro who bettered the Indian to grab the Gold.

Apart from Bajrang (65kg), Gourav Baliyan (79kg) and Satyawart Kadiyan (97kg) won Silver from the country at the championships.
