Pat Cummins went for Rs 15 Crores in the IPL auction today. Brendon McCullum was one of the key enablers to push Kolkata Knight Riders to go all out for him in the auction.
The Australian fast bowler is the highest bid so far in today auction. He is only next to Virat Kohli whose pay is Rs 17 crores.
After buying Cummins in the auction, McCullum congratulated the pacer on twitter to which he replied. McCullum was quick to involve in a funny banter with him.
He asked Cummins to rest in the ongoing Australia Vs New Zealand Test series so that he will be fully fit for the IPL next year.
