In a historic event, Oman and USA gain ODI status with their performances in World Cricket League Division 2.
Oman, who had three wins in their first three matches, gained the ODI status and they are at number two position in the points table comprising of six teams.
Whereas, USA, after losing the first match to Oman bounced back to win three matches on the trot and they top the table now but has played four matches compared to Oman’s three.
The top four teams from Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong, Namibia, Canada, Oman and USA will join Scotland, the UAE and Nepal in Cricket World Cup League 2.
