Delhi Capitals are just a match away to make it to their first final of IPL but before that, they have to face CSK, a team that has won three IPL trophies and has plenty of experience.
CSK has always found a way to qualify for the playoffs every single time, and they managed to win the trophy thrice out of nine times.
With Dhoni, the team needs at least a batsman to take up the responsibility. In the bowling department, the spinners have done extremely well along with Deepak Chahar.
The last time when these two teams met, Dhoni was at his best behind the stumps and Delhi will be aware of that as well.
Coming to Delhi Capitals, the young guns have done well so far in the tournament. Today, it is all going to be different and it will be interesting to see how the team absorb the pressure.
Apart from openers and Shreyas Iyer, all eyes will be on Rishabh Pant. Though Pant is making heads turn, he must bat through and finish off the innings for his team; this is something or probably the only thing he is lacking at right now. CSK spinners versus Pant will be a contest for sure.
Without Rabada, Delhi managed to overcome the eliminator against Sunrisers but can they overcome CSK batting as well?
A lot of questions will be answered today and Mumbai Indians will be looking at it as well.
