Chennai Super Kings began their travel to UAE. The official handle of CSK shared the images of the cricketers leaving the hotel.
They will travel to UAE and will join other teams including KXIP, RR who have already landed there. However, the teams will be placed in different hotels in order to prevent social contact.
CSK was one of the very few teams to conduct conditional camp before the tournament. The players were in Chennai and practiced in a closed environment at the Chepauk.
A few players missed out the session due to personal reasons also joined the team for the flight. Ravi Jadeja was one of them.
The teams will be undergoing proper tests before entering the bio-secure environment. The players will also be tested periodically.
The IPL begin from September 19th and will go on till November 10th.
