The official teaser of NGK (Nandha Gopala Kumaran) released on Thursday Afternoon. Though the team originally scheduled the release only by the evening on Thursday, the privacy concerns led the team to prepone it and release in the afternoon itself.
The one-minute teaser starts with the voice-over of Suriya, talking about his character- “people call him NGK”.
The female leads Rakul Preet Singh and Sai Pallavi was seen in the teaser as well. Rakul Preet ask ‘Politics?’ while Sai Pallavi insists Suriya to Go ahead and adds that if he enters even the sewers will turn pure. The teaser ends with Suriya uttering the word
Overall the teaser looks like a promising political entertainer with Yuvan Shankar Raja, once again dominating with his score.
NGK is the first release for Selvaraghavan since Irandam Ulagam in 2013. No wonders the expectations of the fans are sky high.
Bankrolled by Dream Warrior Pictures, the film has Siva Kumar Vijayan for cinematography and Praveen KL for editing.
The movie’s release date is yet to be announced.
