From Vijayadasami’s celebration, Suresh and Anitha stepped on each other’s wrong foot. Anitha used Suresh’s name for an anecdote to convey an important message to break some stereotypes in the society. Suresh is hurt and keeps saying what Anitha discussed was an inauspicious thing on the national TV which was exactly the point of Anitha. She wanted to break nothing inauspicious about a widower or unmarried in the society. But calling out a man like this is not without a fear in Anitha, especially when she didn’t feel enough support from the housemates on her point. She doesn’t want to be an outcast or misfit. But still wants to convey something important. Her fear of standing alone got into her and she denies her fear. When she is told by some housemates not to pick Suresh’s name in the stage, it feels like a backlash on her. She is emotionally broken and couldn’t find the courage to stand alone.
She bawls like a child looking for an emotional support in confession room with Bigg Boss’s company. She gets homesick as no one there feels like home. She feels no one is there to boost her morale. She finds Bala, Aari, Samyuktha, Sam, Nisha and Rio to support her to assuage her. Aari gives his 2 cents to her to bounce to look after the chores in the house instead of sitting in a corner. She calms down in sometime.
Housemates play a game to collect golden pieces in a set that looks like gold mine. They are split into 4 heads per team. During the game, Sanam, Samyuktha and Bala clashes a bit and asks Sanam to mind her own business as it eats their game time. Later, Gaby tells Bala not to get worked up for every little thing as it’s Sanam’s part of the game. Anitha seems to find comfort in the game and forgets all the worries. While the fellow contestants nod off or get distracted, Suresh and Bala, each do their best to steal the fold pieces from others.
As the day ends, Bala sleeps without completing his responsibility of housekeeping. He is part of the housekeeping team with Shivani and Vel to lead the team. Archana, who has been working single-handedly, is very tired at the end of the day. She asks Vel to ask him to complete Bala’s responsibility. Bala gets worked up for waking up him in the middle of sleep. He picks a fight with Archana for the same. He lets words like he would make every one work till their backs break when he is the captain. Rio’s nerve is touched to hear this and he opens up a quarrel with Bala too. Bala doesn’t work as a team player which affects or adds burden to the fellow housemates. And moreover, his show of disrespect to his fellow men and women is not buying him a good profile. Let’s see how this crack gets widen up in the coming days.
