Tokyo 2021: Bhavani Devi becomes first Indian fencer to qualify for Olympics

The eight-time national champion CA Bhavani Devi has qualified for the upcoming Tokyo 2021 Olympics based on the Adjusted Official Ranking (AOR) Method. 

Bhavani who is currently at 45th rank will make it to the Olympics and will occupy one of the two slots that were available for the Asia & Oceania region.

The official announcement of the same will be made soon.
