IND v ENG, 4th T20I-India level the series

India came back stronger to level the series 2-all as they went on to win the 4th T20I at Narendra Modi Stadium.

India batted first, had a few changes to the lineup with Suryakumar Yadav getting an opportunity once again.

Rohit began with a six but didn’t last long and India went on to lose Rahul and Kohli as well.

Suryakumar Yadav, who came at number three ahead of Kohli, began his international career with a six and continued to dominate the bowlers. 31 deliveries later, he got out to Sam Curran after making 57 runs with 6 fours and 3 sixes.

He had support from Pant(30) and Shreyas Iyer (37). The latter batted at number six today.

A couple of big hits from the lower order batters took India to 185 from their 20 overs.

In return, Roy batted well for his 40 but kept running out of partners. After his dismissal, Bairstow and Stokes looked like they were turning things around for the team but Chahar and Thakur did the damage.

Thakur had back to back wickets which gave India an upper hand. However, in the end, Jordan and Archer took on Thakur in the final over and the latter definitely felt the pressure. He had managed to collect himself at the right moment and India went on to win the match by 10 runs.
