Chinmayi to contest in Dubbing Union election against Radha Ravi

Voice Artist and Singer Chinmayi Sripada to fight against Radha Ravi in the dubbing union election, the singer announced on January 30. She will be contesting with other members under the name Ramarajyam, which is the first full-length Tamil dubbed film that released in 1977.

Speaking to the media, she said that she was shocked to find out that her name was missing from the voter’s list and also added that there are a lot of discrepancies going on in the union which she wishes to fight it out.

She said, “The members belonging to the Ramarajyam team have raised their voice against the functioning of the union. And they had to face a lot of issues which includes lifetime ban as well.”
Chinmayi and her faction have filed their nominations. In a few days, the documents will be analysed and it will be announced whether their nominations have been accepted or not.
