AUSW v NZW, 2nd T20I- Australia win by 8 wickets

Different day, same result. Australia once again telling us all why they are the best T20I team in the world with such an all-round performance. Mind you, they don’t have Ellyse Perry yet.

New Zealand batted first and in the quest of scoring big, they lost their path in the middle, especially, to the spinners. Australia used 8 bowlers today with Wareham and Kimmince picking up three wickets each. For New Zealand, Satterthwaite scored 30 and Bates had 22. Nobody managed to convert their starts and the team scored only 128, probably, 20 runs short.

In return, Healy, the wicket-keeper with the most number of dismissals in T20Is, decided to take on the bowling, scored 33 from 17 deliveries. The other three batters also had cameos today with Haynes scoring an unbeaten 40 as New Zealand went down once again to the hosts.

The team is finding is all difficult to take on the spinners. Something we already knew but still there is no improvement or whatsoever.
