Christmas festive celebration spirits spread in Bigg Boss house too. After choosing interesting and boring performers from Ball.. Catch task, Som, Rio and Aari are chosen to compete for next week captaincy. Aari wins the task of filling the snowman’s head bowl with thermo balls using a scoop ladle in his mouth. He also receives Rs.10,000 gift voucher from Jeyachandran Textiles.
For Christmas, the contestants are asked to exchange gifts secretly. Ramya places the gift for Anitha and Shivani. She wants the gifts to go to Shivani if no one mentions her name. Shivani is heartened and returns a gift to Ramya personally to show her happiness. Anitha presents Aari a cloth washing brush and Aari embraces it happily just to have gotten a gift at all. Bala gifts Som. Rio gifts Aajeedh. Aajeedh gifts Anitha. Shivani gifts Bala. Gaby stitches a small dress for Rio’s kid.
Rio and Gaby are rapidly given recipe for plum cakes by Bigg Boss. They receive it to their effort and guide two teams with the instructions. Gaby’s team makes a perfect plum cake. Bigg Boss quiz happens and contestants are given 30 secs to collect their gifts if answered correctly. Ramya is asked how many times Pongal is made for breakfast, Anitha is asked how many times Bala was told to put on his mike, Som and Gaby are asked how many lotus symbols are engraved on living area wall and how many bulbs are in bathroom mirror. Rio is asked who entered the house as 5th contestant. Aajeedh is asked what song Vel and Sanam danced to. Aari is asked how many days Archana spent in the house. The contestants answered correctly to these kind of questions and get to collect their gifts in abundance with their best efforts.
They open the gifts and surprised to see gifts from their own families, friends and from Rio’s family. They enjoy the Christmas carol song. Gaby and Rio pray in front of the cattle house and Christmas tree. They have a Christmas feast. On this eve of a festive day, Bala wishes to share the positive things about each contestants there and the things he learned from everyone. His admiration towards Ramya, Shivani’s character to stay the same at any circumstances, Aari’s sincerity, Som’s patience, Anitha’s ability to find happiness in little moments. He shared the positive notes and Anitha ends it by saying since the festive eve, she wishes to open a new account of friendship and to forget all the fights and to put the bitterness behind them.
