Since there are a lot of false information making rounds about coronavirus, Government launches WhatsApp chatbot that can answer all the queries of citizens related to the virus.
The official handle of ‘National Pharmaceuticals Pricing Authority of India (NPPA) released the WhatsApp number on its Twitter handle. The message read: “Just save on WhatsApp 9013151515 and you will get automated response on queries related to Corona.”
The Government has created WhatsApp Chatbot on Corona.
It is called MyGov Corona Helpdesk.

The national helpline number for coronavirus is +91-11-23978046 and the toll free number is 1075. The government had also released an email id ( ncov2019@gov.in ) to address the concerns on Novel Coronavirus.
