I owe my career to him: Fahadh Faasil on Irrfan Khan…!

Actor Fahadh Faasil penned a beautiful note for his idol Irrfan Khan who passed away yesterday due to colon infection.

In his note, the actor expressed how he fell in love with Irrfan Khan.

He recalled his college days when he used to rent Indian movie DVDs from nearby shop.

During one of his store visits, the shop owner recommended them a film named Yuh Hota To Kya Hota, which was directed by Naseeruddin Shah.

In the movie, Irrfan Khan played one of the leads and how he was so intrigued to see Irrfan Khan on screens. He added that he felt like that was the first time he watched an ‘original’ actor on screens.

He also added that how Irrfan Khan made him to believe that the acting was easy and how he was fooled.

The actor has also expressed his deep regret for not being able to meet his idol or shake hands with him. Fahadh has concluded his beautiful post, stating that he owes his career to Irrfan Khan, as he wouldn’t have come this far if he hadn’t picked up that DVD during his college days.
