Sohail Tanvir tested positive for COVID19

Pakistan pacer Sohail Tanvir has tested positive for coronavirus right after he landed in Sri Lanka for the upcoming Lanka Premier League.
Tanvir is a part of Kandy Tuskers.

Also, Canadian batter Ravinderpal Singh’s result came negative. The batter will represent Colombo Kings.

Both Tanvir and Singh are expected to be out for at least two weeks.

Tuskers coach Hashan Tillakaratne said they need someone to replace Tanvir.

“We have to talk to the franchise owners and find somebody to replace Tanvir,” the former Sri Lankan batsman told the website.
