Two days ago, India had one of the best days, where they defeated the World Cup champions, Australia. Poonam Yadav picked up four wickets and Australia went down, giving a great start to the World Cup.
Today, Bangladesh has all the license to do it to India. Remember, In 2018, Bangladesh defeated India in the final of the Asia Cup. Well, that was the last time these two locked horns in T20Is.
Coming back to Bangladesh, they know what to expect from the Indian team as they play in similar conditions too. They might take Poonam Yadav for runs for the same reasons and hopefully, Kaur will be having different tricks under her hat.
For Bangladesh, everything depends on their experienced players. Especially, Rumana Ahmed who played a vital role in 2018 win.
For India, their batting order needs to flourish and it is important that the top order get some runs. The team cannot depend solely on Kaur or Mandhana.
