England’s Ben Stokes and Australia’s Ellyse Perry named as the Leading cricketers in the world for the year 2019.
Stokes had a good summer especially with the World Cup and the Ashes.
Whereas, Perry helped Australia to win the Ashes as well as there were many commanding performances from the all-rounder.
Jofra Archer, Marnus Labuschagne, Pat Cummins, Ellyse Perry were named as the cricketers of the year along with Simon Armer, South African who spun Essex to their second Championship title in three years.
Andre Russell who had a great T20 season picked up the award for ‘Leading T20 cricketer in the World’
