COVID19: Pharmacists to deliver medicines at doorstep

The Tamil Nadu Chemists and Druggists Association (TNCDA) will be launching a statewide toll free number to facilitate home delivery of medicines during this period of lockdown.

Both central and state has given the Temporary permit for the same.

Among 40,000 pharmacies in the state, about 10,000 shops will be coming under this, and will be covering the entire state.

More than 700 shops will be coming under toll free number in Chennai.

According to K K Selvan, the general secretary, the work is under process and it will take a day or two to be executed.
