In a shocking incident, gangrape victim and her mother was crushed to death as one of the accused killed them using tractor.
The incident happened in Uttar Pradesh’s Kasganj district.
According to the police sources here, the victim and her mother, residents of Amapur area in the district, were returning home from the market, when the accused, identified as Yashveer Rajput, crushed them under the tractor he was driving.
The people protested on roads to arrest Yashveer Rajput and Police had a tough time to vacate the protestors.
According to reports, Yashveer’s family and the victim’s family were fighting for years now and two of victim’s family are currently in jail for reportedly killing the father of Yashveer.
In order to seek revenge, Yashveer had kidnapped and raped the girl. The victim’s mother had filed a complaint in nearby police station and Yashveer was arrested immediately and was out on bail.
Yashveer then crushed the daughter and mother to death recently.
A hunt to catch the criminal is on, said the police.
