Actor Vishnu Vishal’s one of the biggest hits is Ratsasan. The film also starred Amala Paul. Directed by Ram Kumar, the film went on to win many awards.
Talking about the film in recent interview, Vishnu Vishal said that many of the films he made were rejected by multiple stars before it fell on his lap.
He said that Ratsasan was rejected by 17 stars and 22 producers. He also rejected the film at first but he was glad that he got to do it later on.
He also added that he got to do Ram Kumar’s another film Mundasupatti after it was rejected by a few stars earlier.
Talking about OTT releases, he said that people love to go to theatres and that’s why OTT releases didn’t do well here.
Vishnu Vishal will be next seen in the film ‘Kadan’, which is directed by Prabhu Solomon.
He also has the films ‘Jagajaala Killadi’, ‘F.I.R’, and ‘Mohan Das’ lined up.
