Indian Test vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane in his recent Ask Me Anything Session revealed that he had watched Soorarai Pottru with Subtitles and loved the film. He also appreciated Suriya’s acting in the film.
The Indian cricketer who is currently in Quarantine in Chennai conducted an “Ask Me Anything” session on Instagram. A fan asked if he had watched any Tamil film or series.
Taking the question to the story, Rahane said, “Yes, I watched Soorarai Pottru with subtitles. And absolutely loved it”. He also added, “Brilliant work by Actor Suriya”.
Adding more, he even asked for more recommendations from his Indian teammate R Ashwin.
India will host England in the longest format of the game at Chennai from 5th February.
