The Indian Wicket-Keeper Sush Verma will captain the Board President’s XI against South Africa before the five-match T20 series.
Sush Verma who played her last T20I in 2016 and the last ODI in 2018, has a great run in the domestic T20 tournaments recently and averaged 372. She also showed her maturity while batting for Velocity by scoring 40 recently.
Keeping the World Cup T20 in mind, this match is super important for everyone who is playing in the team. Devika Vaidya will assist Sush Verma in the team.
The 15-year-old Shafali Verma who made heads turn with her attacking play is also a part of the team. India will also keep an eye on Pooja Vastrakar’s return from the injury.
