IPL 2020: Mumbai Indians releases 12 players

The IPL 2019 champions have released 12 players while retaining the major core team.

Players released by the team:

Evin Lewis, Adam Milne, Jason Behrendorff, Beuran Hendricks, Ben Cutting, Yuvraj Singh, Mayank Markande (Traded), Barinder Sran, Rasikh Salam, Pankaj Jaswal, Siddhesh Lad (Traded), Alzarri Joseph.

Apart from Yuvraj Singh who has retired from international cricket, and other traded players, the remaining players will most likely take part in the next edition of the IPL and will enter the auction pool.

In the IPL 2020 auction, Mumbai now can fill up to five domestic players and two foreign players.
