Actress Amala Paul’s father Paul Varghese lost the battle with cancer yesterday. He has been in medication for months now.
“We regret to inform the demise of Mr Paul Varghese, Father of Actress @Amala_ams”, tweeted the official PR handle of the actress. He was fighting cancer for the last few months and on hearing the news Amala who was shooting in Mumbai rushed back to Kochi.
On the work front, the actress will be seen in Adho Andha Paravai Pola. Aadujeevitham alongside Prithviraj in Malayalam and yet another film titled Cadaver in Tamil. She will also be a part of the anthology of Lust Stories which is being made in Telugu.
