Ankita Raina wins her 1st WTA title

India’s Ankita Raina partnered with Russia’s Kamilla Rakhimova to win the Phillip Island Trophy WTA tennis tournament in Melbourne. They defeated the Russian pair Anna Blinkova and Anastasia Potapova by 2-6, 6-4, 10-7.

This is Ankita Raina’s first WTA title of her career. She had won one WTA 125k title and 18 ITF doubles titles before.
