Indian cricketer Jemimah Rodrigues scored the fastest ton in the KSL by breaking Lizelle Lee’s 55-ball record set in the final of the 2018 edition, and helped steer Yorkshire Diamonds to a last-ball win over the Southern Vipers.
Southern Vipers made 184, thanks to Suzie Bates’ 47 and Danielle Wyatt’s 42. Davidson-Richards had three wickets for the Diamonds.
In return, Diamonds lost Winfield early and Rodrigues walked in when the score was 0/1. She took 26 deliveries to reach the fifty and got to her 100 in 51 deliveries.
She shared a 90-run partnership with Hollie Armitage, who was the second-highest scorer with a 27-ball 23.
She stood unbeaten at 112, taking her team home in the final delivery of the match.
