Teams for the Women’s IPL-like exhibition matches announced on Thursday by BCCI.
As already announced, three teams- Supernovas, Velocity, Trailblazers- will face each other in the contest and the top two teams will face off in the final.
BCCI confirmed that Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana, Mithali Raj will lead the three teams.
The squad for three teams will have the Indian regulars, emerging players alongside overseas players from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, New Zealand, England, West Indies.
The three teams will be coached by W V Raman, Biju George, Mamta Maben.
Supernovas squad: Harmanpreet Kaur (c), Anuja Patil, Arundhati Reddy, Chamari Athapaththu (Sri Lanka), Jemimah Rodrigues, Lea Tahuhu (New Zealand), Mansi Joshi, Natalie Sciver (England), Poonam Yadav, Priya Punia, Radha P Yadav, Sophie Devine (New Zealand), Taniya Bhatia (WK).
Trailblazers squad: Smriti Mandhana (c), Bharti Fulmali, Dayalan Hemlatha, Deepti Sharma, Harleen Deol, Jasia Akhtar, Jhulan Goswami, R Kalpana (WK), Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Shakera Selman (West Indies), Sophie Ecclestone (England), Stafanie Taylor (West Indies), Suzie Bates (New Zealand).
