Ellyse Perry responds to Murali Vijay comments regarding ‘dinner date’

Murali Vijay grabbed the headlines recently for his comments during the Insta live session with Chennai Super Kings.

The cricketer was asked about two cricketers he would love to go dinner with. The 36 years old replied, “Ellyse Perry. I want to have dinner with her. She is so beautiful. And Shikhar Dhawan any day. He is a fun guy. Just that he will speak Hindi and I will be conversing in Tamil.”

Recently, Ellyse Perry was asked about the same by TV presenter Ridhima Pathak during their Insta Live session. The latter explained Perry about Vijay’s comments.

Perry hilariously replied: “I hope he’s paying.”

“That’s very kind of him. I’m flattered,” the 29-year-old added.

Meanwhile, Perry also said that Australia would be the first team to resume cricket and they might go ahead with their tour of Trans-Tasman rivals New Zealand.
