It all happens for reason: Yuvraj reveals his advice to Rohit during IPL 12

Yuvraj Singh who has recently retired from the international cricket and the Indian Premier League was a part of the IPL-winning Mumbai Indians team which was led by Rohit Sharma.

Rohit Sharma, despite showing his skills as captain, didn’t have a great season, at least not to his calibre. He had starts but failed to convert most of them.

Right after the IPL, India plays the World Cup with no other matches in between and now, Rohit Sharma suddenly looks like a different player all-together coming to England with three 50+ scores already in three matches.

On Sunday, India took on Pakistan and once again Rohit Sharma played an excellent knock of 140 and took the team to an impressive total of 336. As the wishes poured down for the Indian opener, Yuvraj Singh took his Twitter to reveal the advice he gave to Rohit Sharma while the latter who was concerned about not converting the starts at the IPL.

Yuvraj Singh wrote:
Chatting to Rohit at ipl time ! Discussion about getting starts but not getting big runs , and I was like you don’t know what lies ahead of you it’s happening for a reason ! Same words told to me by @sachin_rt before 2011 wcup , my mos of 2019 prediction from india @ImRo45

It will be interesting to see how Rohit Sharma goes as the tournament progresses, and with no doubts, he will be an important cog in the Indian team.
