Karan Johar calls Atlee ‘Magician of Masala cinema’

Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar recently spoke high of South Indian cinema and filmmakers in a conversation with an English daily. He said that he loved Atlee’s Bigil and further called the director a ‘Magician of Masala Cinema’.

Karan added that he keeps himself up to date with south Indian films and said that he had watched all films of Atlee starting from Raja Rani. He further said that he loved the way Atlee handles the masala factor in films. He also said that he loved Asuran which was directed by Vetrimaaran.

Atlee then took to social media to thank Karan Johar.
