Report: Wrist and back injury behind Dhoni’s absence

According to reports in the Indian Express, MS Dhoni is “unavailable” due to back and wrist injury.

Right after the World Cup 2019 semi-final loss, MS Dhoni made himself unavailable for the next few tournaments and “might” return only in December.

In the interim, Dhoni went for the army training, a promise he made long ago.

Back and Wrist injury:

While playing in the IPL 2019, Dhoni had some back issues that even pulled him out of matches during the IPL. It looks like Dhoni picked up a wrist injury as well that has kept him out of the game for a while now.

While neither BCCI nor Dhoni has confirmed the report, the Indian fans are hoping for the return of the former captain.
