Director Selvaraghavan will be making his acting debut with Saani Kayidham and will be seen alongside Keerthy Suresh.
The film will be directed by Arun Matheswaran, who has made the upcoming action film Rocky with Taramani fame Vasanth Ravi.
Vaanam Kottatum’s Yamini Yagnamurthy will handle the camera and the film will have Nagooran as the editor.
Ramu Thangaraj, who has worked on Pariyerum Perumal and Rocky, will be the art director.
Talking about it to TOI, director Arun Matheswaran said that he thought Selvaraghavan would be apt for the script and went on to narrate it to him after a bit of hesitation. However, Selvaraghavan accepted it once he heard the script.
Arun also revealed that the film will be a theatrical release.
