SPB ordered a statue of himself before his death

The legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam recently left the world for a better place. He was 74.

Reportedly, the ace singer has asked to build a statue for him during his last birthday. SP Balasubrahmanyam celebrated his 74th birthday in June and had asked a sculptor named Rajkumar to make his statue.\

Based on the report, the ace singer wanted to make a statue for his parents but then called the sculptor and asked to make a statue for himself. Since he couldn’t travel due to coronavirus pandemic, he sent the sculptor a few pictures of himself.

The sculptor had finished the work and was about to give him the statue but was shocked to know about his death.

The ace singer had coronavirus complications, was infected with the COVID 19 on August 5th with mild symptoms but his lungs got affected badly and even though he fought for his life for close to two months he breathed his last.
