During the audio launch of Thambi, actor Suriya took the centre stage at last and spoke about why Karthi and Jyothika are great actors.
“Both Karthi and Jyotika are great actors. They can cry for a scene without glycerin. I haven’t been able to manage that in 22 years of my career so far; maybe in Nandha, I cried without glycerin.”
During the launch, it was also revealed that Suriya’s movie teaser ‘Soorarai Pottru’ will be released for Pongal 2020.
Thambi stars Jyothika, Karthi, Satyaraj among others and is directed by Jeethu Joseph. The movie has music by Govind Vasantha.
