The teaser of Dharala Prabhu, the official remake of Bollywood blockbuster, Vicky Donor, is here.
The trailer features Kannadasan (Vivek), who runs Murugappan Fertility Centre. He meets different couples with hilarious demands on their babies. Then we get introduced to the “father”, played by Harish Kalyan.
Helmed by Yuddham Sharanam fame Krishna Marimuthu, the film has Tanya Hope as the female lead and is being bankrolled by Screen Scene Media Entertainment. Though the film marks the Tamil feature film debut for the director, he previously directed a promo musical ‘The Mercury Song’ for director Karthik Subbaraj’s Mercury in 2018. He was also a former assistant of director AL Vijay.
