The Office of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has said that Chief Minister has recommended that the lockdown enforced till 14 April be extended for two additional weeks, ANI has reported.
“Lockdown must be continued. I said the same to Prime Minister Modi. If we unlock the lockdown now,we can not control the situation”, KCR has been quoted as saying.
KCR also referenced a BCG report which has recommended that the lockdown should continue till 3 June.
PM Modi is yet to make an official announcement on the same.
