TN reports 1st case of Corona Virus, patient admitted in Chennai

The first case of Corona Virus in Tamil Nadu has been reported and the patient is currently admitted in Chennai.

The 45 years old patient who had returned from Muscat, Oman was found to be positive for the virus on Saturday. He was admitted in the Rajiv Gandhi Government General hospital after having fever and cough.

Incidentally, it was only on Friday that TN’s Health Minister said that there was no case of Corona Virus in Tamil Nadu.
