The vaccine registration for those above 18 will begin by April 24, said RS Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Authority (NHA), on Thursday.
Besides indigenous vaccine Covaxin and Covishield, Russian vaccine Sputnik V will also be added as an option at some centres, he said.
The process for the verification will remain the same.
He said that more centres and private facilities are being set up for vaccination process.
“Private firms/industries need to share information on vaccination of employees numbers on CoWin platform,” he added.
