India climb to 3rd spot in women’s T20I ranking

After losing three T20i matches in a row, New Zealand lost a few points in the T20I ranking which means, India have moved to number three spot.

Australia and England have retained their position after winning their series against New Zealand and West Indies respectively.

Brazil have moved 11 places to occupy 27th ranking, Malaysia have fallen from 31 to 38.

Germany have moved to their career-high 25th spot after winning the series against Austria.

Most of the teams are yet to play a game since March. Germany, Austria, England, West Indies, Australia, New Zealand are a few of the countries to kick start cricket again after coronavirus pandemic.

India are likely to tour to Sri Lanka right after their Women T20 challenge.
