COVID19: 77 new positive cases in Tamil Nadu

Experts committee recommends extended lockdown for TN

On 10th April 2020, Tamil Nadu reported 77 new coronavirus positive cases, taking the active number to 911.

Also, one patient died today, taking the number to 9.

Chennai alone has 172 active cases and today alone Chengalpattu reported 26 positive cases.

The medical experts have recommended at least a 15-day lockdown extension to the Chief Minister and also, PM Modi will be taking a call about the extension on Saturday.
