AUS v NZ, 3rd T20I- Kerr shines as New Zealand win

Australia who have already won the series went in with the same team while New Zealand made a few changes as they were searching for their first win.

Once again Devine called it right at the toss and asked Australia to bat first.

Jess Kerr and Huddleston opened the bowling for New Zealand and Tahuhu was the first change. It seemed to have worked well for the team as Tahuhu grabbed the wickets of Healy and Wareham.

Once again, the top-order did not perform well for Australia and Gardner’s 29 helped them to reach 123.

In return, New Zealand backed Green to open once again and the move did not go well as she got out for 10 runs.

Similar to Australia, the batting order of New Zealand tumbled as they lost three wickets early. Satterthwaite held the innings together along with Martin. With spinners once again doing the trick for Australia, Jensen and Kerr batted well under pressure to take the team home.

Kerr was the player of the match for her two wickets and 18* runs.
