Recent: Chief Minister welcomes the first transgender nurse

Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswamy welcomed first transgender nurse to tuticorin.

On Monday, Rubi, 25 year old received the appointment from our chief minister to work as a nurse in Tuticorin Government hospital.

She lives in Tuticorin and her aim is to work for the transgender community and to improve their lives.

She did her BSc Nursing in a private college in Tirunelveli and wanted to serve the mankind as much as can.

She stated that her mother is the main reason for her education. She stood by Ruby and wanted her to achieve her dreams.

She proved that gender doesn’t encourage one’s passion. Knowledge is more important for anyone who wants to pursue their dreams.
