Tamil Nadu reported 447 new cases on Thursday with 363 of them coming from Chennai.
Now, the total cases is rising towards 10000 and is 9674.
5637 of them came from Chennai alone.
66 deaths in total, 2240 cases recovered and 7365 cases active.
