Cristiano Ronaldo tested positive for coronavirus

Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo has been tested positive for coronavirus, Portugal’s Football Federation said in a statement on its website on Tuesday.

He was due to face Sweden with his national side on Wednesday but was released from the camp after the test.

According to reports, he has no symptoms and is responding well. He is currently in isolation.
