Indian Women team climbs to 57 in FIFA rankings

The Indian women’s Football team continues to impress all of us as they climb spots to reach 57 in the latest FIFA rankings, thanks to their winning percentage of 66.7.

According to AIFF, Since January 2019, the women’s have played 18 matches winning 12, drawn 1, and lost 5.

India played in SAFF Championship in Nepa, AFC Olympic Qualifiers Round 2 in Myanmar and the inaugural Hero Gold Cup international tournament in Bhubaneswar.

In all the matches, the girls have put up a fight and were inspiring throughout.

The team is next slated to play the COTIF Cup in Spain later this month.
