After confirming the death of three soldiers, including a Colonel, on Tuesday morning, the army added that 17 more critically injured soldiers were “exposed to sub-zero temperatures” and died of their injuries.

This is a severe escalation after weeks of tension at the borders which began when a small Indian troop went to remove a China tent at the Galwan river.

While the Chinese officials accepted to remove the tent, there were violence though no guns were involved. The soldiers threw stones at each other and the Chinese soldiers reportedly used rods. The fight lasted over midnight according to reports.

Also, in other breaking news, he will be addressing the nation regarding coronavirus spread on June 21st.
